Description
Go from nearly flat to the pointiest roof you can have. You unlock a second floor on a 2-mod single-story ranch, and a bonus floor in a 4-mod 2-story model. The upper floor can be used for anything, and as the plan notes GHC can stub plumbing to be finished on-site.
The diagram above is based on having no changes to the standard ranch or 2-story plan. This roof option is only offered on 2-mod ranches and 4-mod 2-story homes. If the plan needs to be modified (stairway intersecting, plumbing, etc) then we will need to adjust accordingly. Contact GHC sales for more information!
