Description

Make sure you’re prepared for the brutal winters and scorching summers by getting prep work done for a forced air system! GHC offers the option in nearly all models and includes:

Holes cut & boots installed for registers and returns
Covers shipped loose for registers and returns
Stubbed wire for thermostat
On 2-story homes: Wallstack installed in wall

Your builder is responsible for all ductwork installation and furnace/boiler installation. Your builder must work with you and GHC sales in order to figure out the specific way your forced air system will run through your home.
