On The Drawing Board

These are modular home plans that have been dreamed up by our design team but haven’t been totally fleshed out. These plans can include ranches, cape cods, or 2-story homes, and they can range from 600 sq. ft. to larger than our biggest available modular floorplans. The selection will change over time, so if you have interest in one of these make sure to call GHC sales, ASAP, so we can get things moving!

These plans being On The Drawing Board means there are no full estimates or numbers for purchase. Should these plans interest you, we will need to price them out from scratch. This is do-able, we are happy to, but it does take a little time. Please do not hesitate to call if one of these plans piques your interest — we can customize any design to your liking!
